Replacement engine cover console??

Thanks, yea I figured out the newer engine cover has more of a curve in the front and the hump on the floor might be in the way. If I tried to use it I would have to really mod it to get it to work.

Now since you say it sucks, except the ashtray, guess I'll put up with mine longer until I get a new van with another console that sucks. Problem is I think it's gonna be a long time until mine bites the dust, I take very good care of it, unlike most contractors. I have a custom grill, oversized tires and wheels, custom built shelving, custom painted bumpers, a $500 ladder rack and a very nice one piece bulkhead. But I have a console that's just useless!!!! I wish I could figure out something not too involved for a different console.

Get a custom table from an RV surplus place and take out the console. Probably not as easy to find as around here, in Elkhart, IN.

I made my own when I had my 87 Chevy van. I bought a surplus one and redid it with extra cup holders and bins, but it was for the middle seats.
