Hey everbody!
Just purchased an F-150 with the 4.2. Really excited about the low end torque. It has the tow package. Has a little over 200 mi. on it. Don't let me scare anyone. But I have a question. I have always used ACETONE 100% in all my vehicles. Always experieced wonderful results when used in the proper ratio. Has anyone used it in the 4.2? If so, what were the results?

Also, on a difficulty scale of 1-10 how hard is simpe maintainence to perform on this vehicle? Getting ready to turn the big 50 here in a couple of weeks.
