Thanks TinyG...I keep going back and forth between thinking 4.10s to 4.56s...sounds like everyone thinks 4.56 is the way to go!
No problem I looked at some 4:30 gears also thats right in the middle but I am tickled with my decision.. I couldnt get the 4:30 gears from Ford so thats kinda why I opted to do the 4:56's. Yukon makes a 4:30 if you go on e-bay theres plenty of them..
These should give you some good choices to choose from. I have 32" tires and I am looking for something besides my 3.55's. I have horrible low end (I like a lot of torque).
Thanks TinyG and ATC! Im with ya ATC on the low end, 35s with a 3.55s, I think I could get a better runnin start on foot, ha! Im just really concerned with the daily driver my truck is, and running really high rpms at higher speeds. Ive tried all the formulas and calcs to try to figure my rpms with a gear change but dont think im coming up with what it will be in "reality."

If you think your was bad mine had 3:05 gears with 35's I needed a 2 mile ramp to get on the highway My truck is also my daily driver and it has plenty of torque now and good highway power. I can actually get in the fast lane now I stay with traffic at around 2300 rpms so the high rpm's isnt a problem..
