Matrix Remote Problem.....ideas?
Im trying to get a hold of tech support through my alarm installer. DEI is a HORRIBLE company for customer support. My 2way remote (LCD) sometimes give the 'out of range' symbol when i try to arm the truck, and im like 15 feet away. Has anyone else had this problem? The only way around it is to pull the remote battery adn then all is well again for a while. Irritating for an alarm that is supposed to be 'good'.
