Lift help

Hey I'm new to this site so hello to everyone! I have been restoring an 86 F150 4x4 short box 302 granny 4 speed but in june i was in an accident (run over by a damn chevy) and broke my back, arms, legs and so i obviously havent been doing any restoring since then but its here at the end of august and im starting to walk some again and i of course have lots of time to think about my truck but here's the deal im 17 and i put alot of money into paint and body and gettin the old motor to runnin right and i of course havent been able to work lately and i slightly depleted my parents extra funds with a few hospital bills but anyway right now my truck is sittin on 33x12.50x15s at stock. i would like to lift my truck some but ii dont have much money i know the best thing would be to wait til i can get the money but that'll be awhile and ive heard yall guys discuss flipping shackles, putting leaf springs on the front and stuff like that and i was just wonderin what (if any )that my options are . the truck is mainly gonna be a daily driver with some mild offroading and i may want to swap to bigger tire laterand i was just wonderin bout my lift options anything will be appreciated thanx Guys!

Hey man welcome to FTE an sorry to hear of your bad luck. You can drop your front spring cups to gain about 2" of lift in the front without having to worry about the TTB I believe. Someone will correct me on that if I am wrong. The rear you can flip the shackle for about 3-4" of lift. If you need to know any particulars just ask!
