Part-throttle problems
My 67 with a 352 and 3 speed manual acts strange when at part throttle - when I'm trying to just maintain speed on a flat stretch. It lurches forward and backward. The truck runs fine when I'm either accelerating or have let off completely from the gas. What could cause this? Thanks.

Sounds like your over advanced at that rpm range with a light load. Play with timing to see if it goes away, if so change your vacuum advance but make sure centrifigual operates smooth before changing anything.
