Ontario emission laws suck........i have an 88 f150 4.9l 5spd..this is my last emissions test and i keep failing with the NO2.ihave anew converter,O2 sensor,egr valve is working properly....the old girl does not burn a drop of oil,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,the only constant problem is when it is cold it idles eraticly until the temp starts to come up then it evens out and runs fine.any help would be great!!
