Oil Filter Comparison
I cut open 12 unused oil filters of various makes and models, all compatible with a Series 385 Ford (except the Napa 1714/Wix 51714, which is too wide), and measured the filtering area of the filter media of each. You can go to the page below to see the results:

Lead, what browser are you using? Apparently some browsers don't re-direct at this site properly. Maybe some settings need to be changed.
I use firefox and opera, and they both work well on this site. Opera works best here, for me.

you should put this in the oil forum. as this applies to almost all ford engines. almost every enigne used the fl1a until they went to metric.
