Flathead Oil Pump
My oil pressure is fine I was wondering if anyone has done any machining to the pumps to close up the tolerances to increase flow and pressure? In the past on a old VW Bug I had parts such as the pump body machined for minimum clearance between the end plate and the the gears. Then had the gears coated and built up to reduce the clearance between gears to minimum. That increased my oil pressure almost two fold on a new oil pump.
