Toyota headliner problems!

Ok my toyota has a headliner that was really bugging me because it had all kinds of nasty stuff on it. So I started pulling on it and it starts comming off like tissue paper. So then I tore the middle rear of it off. So after that I got that adhesivie stuff all over my hands. Any suggestions wut I could do bout my headliner? Can I get a new headliner cheap for my toyota?? fordguy101

I dont think you can get ANYTHING cheap for a Toyota!

Seriously though, Id look in JC Whitney or Performance Products for a headliner. You might have to get one custom made.

O man I need 2 find some way 2 make it look better. Should I just take it all of then take the white cusion under it out and just have a bare roof??? fordguy101

I think you could probably find a replacement one. Try JC Whitney or Performance Products.

If you really want to fix it...., I'd just rip it out of an old car like that, take it to an upholstery shop. It should have a cardboard backing. You could take it out yourself and recover it with thin foam padding and some cloth.
