Tilt Wheel?
I'd like to get a late 60's or early 70's F100. What was the first model year they came with a tilt steering wheel?

Could a 73-74 be converted to have a tilt wheel? If so, would it be a major hassle?

yes it can.

The difference is the electrical hook-up.
.
There are numerous threads on dealing with it,Plus a tech article in the tech article section
