1998 expy driver side window not working

1998 expy driver side window not working
any ideas? I was gonna replace the motor but that is turning into a huge pain in the but. I think I'm doing it right, but I'm not exactly sure. is the motor kinda upside down with 3 screws holding it in?
Anyone done this and have any thoughts?

It should have been held in with 3 rivets if it were original, bottom of door, midway of door back from the speaker. The replacement comes with screws....its a fairly simple process, pull off the panel, drill out rivets or undo screws, unplug, replug new one, put in screws, window works...happy owner.
