you will have to get the rules for the derby you are running in. They are differnet from place to place.
I have run them a time or 2, I ran an 86 Chevy caviler and a 90 Chevy Caviler both of which had fuel injection. I ran new lines from my boat tank to an electric fuel pump and then to the feed and the return line I ran into a T junction between the Pump and the Boat tank I was using for the gas. Worked out good for me. Had the fuel pump on a toggle switch for on and off and away I went.
