When I bought my truck a little over a month ago, it had an almost new set of 295/75/16 BFG Radial All-Terrain KO's. Per BFG's website, this tire is recommended for a 7.5-9" wheel. I know that's just the "recommended". I have the chance to pick up some 16x10" wheels VERY cheap. They are off another 2000 F250, so they're 8x170mm bolt circle and -24 mm offset. My question is this. With the 295's on the stock wheels currently, I get very light scrub at full steering lock. Not much at all, but it's there. Will the 295's fit ok on these 16x10's, and moreso, fit ok on the truck? Anyone running this combo? Thanks in advance.
I am running this combo, with the stock wheels I had no rubbing, with the 10" wide wheels, they rubbed on the air-dam and the back of the fender well. I will have to check what the offset is on my wheels. I am now running a 4" Superlift.
