Front Drum Sticking

I had to replace the front drum and shoes on a '72 F100 (2 whl drive) because I waited too long to check it after it started pulling to the right when braking. I had metal-to-metal contact all along the most outboard 1/4" of the shoes and drum.

So I just put together the new shoes, new drum mated to the old hub and bearings. The drum will not spin freely even with all slack taken up in the adjusting nut. Something seems out of round.

Any advice?

I am pretty sure they are, but after work today I'm going to take the drum off again and double check my set up...

Sticking could be caused by a bad cylinder.
