I am rolling with 37s, stock 3.73s, Monster exhaust, AIS air box, power elbow, billet torque converter, and no chip or programer. Although I have to power brake and wait for the engine to spool I can burn my tires off the rims.
I run a Superchips tuner and on any of the settings 70/90/110 it will light them up big time. With a little bit of modification, you can turn that truck into a 8000 lbs rocket.
yes i have tried in my driveway, (stock programming, kwik filter.) i can roll along at 5-10 MPH, and then press the brake, then give some gas. around 1750 they start to break loose (CC SRW) but i let off as soon as they chirped, i dont want my dad to see any black streaks on the driveway, he will freak because im a new driver, brand new tires, and im not supposed to drive like that. but i really did that just to build boost so i could show the mexicans how it sounded when i let off the throttle. but i went with so much boost, it started chirping tires!
Waaaaait a minute...
You say you're a "NEW DRIVER" and you have all those mules in your sig?
