hi i have a 1975 f-150 and am trying to identify the the engine , i belive it is a 302 5.0 ltr the engine numbers are:- D10E - 6015- AA , 1F24 and the number at the back above the flywheel is JG35LM36449K any help would be great as it is hard getting info here in the UK

There's some information there that you'll need as you work your way around the site.
Unfortunately, the engine size is not part of the information in the block casting number. What we can tell from that mostly, is that according to the date code (1F24) the block was cast on June 24th 1971. (For more info on casting numbers, please see the Sticky at the top of this forum.)
The displacement and other info is stamped onto a tag the is (or was) bolted to the coil mounting bolt on the intake manifold. If that tag is gone, you might pull a valve cover and see if the number 302 is cast into the cylinder head. If you have a digital camera, you could take some pictures of the engine, creat a User Gallery and post the pics there, we can look at them and see if we can identify the engine. Good Luck.
