Same sound I would say as the stocker. Quality is great. I did not notice a huge difference in my exhaust temps. It sounds great with the muffler and w/o the cat. Ofcourse I only run the truck with out the cat when I am off roading.

It generally gets folks a 100-125 degree drp in EGT's and is very close to stock sounding till you floor it, then you get some deeper tone to it. If you want the max EGT drop and more volume exhauts note wise get the turbo back system and the cat test pipe, plus you'll get lots more turbo whistle this way as well.
