04 Expy question - low tire warning light?

04 Expy question - low tire warning light?
Being all new to this, I was reading through the user manual (quiet night!). I do not believe that my car has the "Tire Pressure System" fitted (although I'm not sure how to find out if it does). However, the manual mentions the "Low Tire Warning" lamp without mentioning "if equipped". When I turn the ignition on, I do not see this lamp light up.
The manual says "If this light fails to illuminate when ignition is turned to ON, continues to flash or remains on, have the system serviced immediately." Am I correct in assuming I need to get it to the dealer ASAP?

When you first start the truck, you will see all of the gauges light up... one will have a picture of a tire gonig flat.... lemme see if I can find a pic....
