You could try some of the kits such as JCwhitney, but i found a good upholstry shop would do a better job than me. The guy I used rebuilt the springs, and added firm paddings. All in all, it was money well spent. Nice and compfy for the buttocks

I recently got a bench seat from a '91 F150 with a fold down armrest in the center, it's very comfy. It was a bolt in swap and cost a little less than recovering my stock seat. Might give it a check...
