I just wanted everyone to know what kind of club we belong to... While at the national rally kbkathri's Escape had a window busted (It was not an FTE member that commited the crime) All our luggage, and my laptop (used for music at the event) was stolen... We where next to the rally enjoying the dog track. We where left with no medications that we needed, no clothes, toothbrush and worst of all after a long day in the sun, no deoderant. :-) There was security but they were not much help... 3 cars where hit that night within a short period of time.... We where confused, stunned and just didn't know what we where going to do. We had the hotel room and the clothes on our backs, but little else.
Now for the rest of the story... The guys at the rally passed a hat and gaves us a totally unexpected and rather large amount of cash to help us out... I was speechless... it was very touching to me. I want to again publically thank all those who helped us out... It really meant allot. Here is a group of people that owed us nothing, going way out of their way to help ease our pain a little. This totally selfless gesture is exactly what this club is all about. People Helping People... Thanks again guys!!

HEy it was nothing! We enjoyed collecting every penny of it. We just wished it could be more. Maybe like the thieves being caught in the middle of a pull out between gene's trucks. Thanks for volunteering for the security detail next year.
