Maybe we should all petition SVT to produce an F250SVTSD ???
It's not that far-fetched, actually.
But it's gotta be a 4x4, not some sissy 4x2 with 45-series tires on 20" rims

I always kind of wondered if they might do that. Matter of facts I was just thinking about that a day or so ago. My thoughts are, they would just add a Lightning-5.4 and call it a day.
But I do not think it would ever be a 4x4 either. It would have to be capable of running more than 100mph "safely." I really just don't think SVT and SD mix

What's unsafe about doing 100MPH in a pickup?
I've had my '74 highboy up past 120 quite a few times, no problems there... but it is rock-stiff compared to the '01

mb has a v12 since around 92 or 3 in the biggest flagship model. that's the one rummered just up dated , heck in years way back we had 8.0 v16's marmon and caddie where a few in 1930 and 31 the marmon was 8.0 491 ci, it had a full alloy block and heads, ohv. and made a wopping 200 hp http://info.detnews.com/joyrides/story/index.cfm?id=391 it should lead to the photos.

big, that link went right to the lc thing the soft ware does.
i had to work on a w12 vw today 6.0 and 12 pistons of fun. bummer 13 qts of castrol syntec.
i would love to see ford give us at least 2 more cam's ,4 valves and vvt before the super charger gets bolted on 550 would do for a while

Seriously though, I'd like to see a couple improvements.
Truck improvements:
Ditch the cartridge bearing up front on the 4x4's.
Lockers front and rear as an option, along with a working LS option.
Engine:
As far as the V-10. Making it a v-12 would be cool. VVT would be cool. A factory Turbo setup would be pretty sweet.
Let's see Twin Turbo 9 liter V-12 with DOHC's.

An SVT SD would rock. I have never had anything but 4x4 trucks but a lowered crew cab duelly with a 3V super charged V10 would be awsome. I hate low riders and never saw the point in lowering a perfectly good truck, but I think this would be awsome. They could offer it Reg cab and crew cab, super cab would look funny I think. The super charger would have to be a good twin screw type. Long tube headers, with an "x" piped duel exhaust. Some 19.5 or 20" wheels. Man Im starting to drool on myself, and Im at work thats not good.
