E-350 Seat Configuration

Has anyone out there ever moved the 4 passenger seat up one position in a 15 passenger E-350 (we have a 2003)? What has to be done as far as securing brackets?

We had a pretty good thread going on this about 6 - 9 months ago. Try a search for bench seats. I myself was considering replacing the 3 seater with a 4 seater in my E150 and found a bunch of useful information regarding brackets, undercarriage support, etc. One user had already done the same conversion.
