I have a 1994 F150 excab that currently has bucket seats in it. The buckets are missing the arm rests so I would like to either find new arm rests (anyone know where to find these?) for them or just replace them with a 40/20/40 split seat. I was just wondering what year range I can get seats from that will be basically a bolt in. I was thinking 94-96 F150 and 94-97 F250 and 350. I was also wondering if the rear seat could easily be replaced with one out of a 97-99 f150. Anyone do this? I know the back seat out of a 97 and up excab is taller and deeper i.e. more comfortable for passengers and easier to balance a car seat on.
I'd give you mine if I was closer. Gray buckets with the electric lumbar support. I plan on swapping mine out for something newer when I find exactly what I want.

Where abouts over in that there country? I'm only an hour or so away from the state line...
Yeah that does suck. I've called around to a bunch of junkyards around here and none of them have a 40/20/40 split or really any seats for these trucks. It would be nice if I could atleast find some new arm rests for the seats. Guess I will have to keep an eye on the classifieds.
I might have to see if the bucket seats out of a 97 and up will bolt onto the seat rails from my buckets. I used to have a 99 f150 with the captians chairs and they were so comfortable.

Since you have buckets now, mating newer seats to your frame should be really simple. That is my plan.
Yeah I will have to take some measurements off my current seats and go look around at the junkyards to see if I can find a newer seat that will mate up easily.

Has anyone tried anything with the backseat?
I haven't read much about it but I'd like to myself. Mine's not a crew though, just a ext cab so there's not much room. If you get any ideas, post up. I could use some ideas.
Mines just an excab as well. I was thinking of seeing if a rear seat out of a 97-99 f150 excab would fit. It would be nice to have a slightly taller and deeper back seat.
