i have a 00 ranger 3.0 and i was curious if my engine had a timing belt? i just turned 65k miles and i really dont want that sucker going out on me, ive seen it happen to ppl and its usually a bear to get back right on your own if it manages to not mess anything up in the process

thanks

Matt

No timing belt, the 3.0L OHV uses a chain, and they are good for the life of the engine in almost very case.
