I've been playing with GoogleEarth for weeks now. It's a blast. I can see the condo I rented in Cabo last year! Amazing stuff for free.
In a few years they'll have some live feed stuff. That will be spooky.

the resolution of the images depends on whether its in the city or not. the more rural you get the less detail there is to the images. i think they assumed there was less interest in the rural areas. grrrrr.
