Hi!
I have a 1975 f250 highboy thats in pretty good shape any way the powersteering hoses were starting to leak and the contolvalve was also starting to leak so I decided to spend some money and I had the power steering control valve rebuilt and bought new aftermarket hoses
bothlines from the pump are new as well as both lines going down to the ram. Now I can't get it to work I thought of airlocks but Ihave cracked every thing and still can't get it to work ive even tried a different pump, any ideas?
Sounds like a bad valve. Also, check which way the hoses hook up. Make sure they are not reversed, as doing this will cause major problems, like the wheel whipping side to side. I have a valve off of a 77, thatI believe still works ok.
