Brake lights quit at the same time-'00 expl
Hi, I am new and just wanted to try and see if anyone could help me. I have an '00 Explorer. The brake lights quit at the same time except for the top middle one. We've tried changing the bulb and that didn't help. We checked the fuses and they all appear good. Any ideas? Any help would be so appreciated! Thanks, Kim

Yours might be different, but the wiring diagram for a 97 shows the outer brake lamps are wired thru the lamps out module/LOM, but the center lamp isnt.
If yours is the same the LOM is probably shot.
Take a look at a wiring diagram.
