I don't know the part numbers - someone might be able to chime in with them though.
m350 - I would take it in, and I would be interested to see what they do...
I had this problem in my truck since new. I tried the shim thing and didn't get it to go away. I don't tow all the time, and i don't hot rod it all the time so I just kinda lived with it. Well, when I had it in for the emissions recall, I had them diagnose it and they did say my carrier bearing was shot. I had them replace it and it helped a ton. I just pulled a Bobcat T300 last weekend and the shudder was awful. This 'cat is pretty heavy but I don't think that should matter. I did pull my 26' ATV trailer last month just after the CB replacment and it wasn't horrible but it was still there. That trailer and gear probably weighed in under 10k (we had 6 ATVs in it). A friend that was along with me on that trip is a Dodge diesel mechanic and he said the Dodge long beds have the same problem. He suggested getting a solid drive shaft made and that would cure the problem. After pulling this Bobcat, I am really tempted to do that. Chris told me there is a shop here in Fort Wayne that could make a one-piece shaft for my truck for about $250. If that is so, I may be saying bye-bye to the carrier bearing on my truck.
Shudder on Acceleration: On trucks with single driveshafts, check the rear axle spacers. If the spacers are installed with the thin side (1 7/8") facing forward, they should be reversed (swapped left to right) so the wide side (2 1/4") faces forward. If the truck now only shudders with a load, swap out the spacers with 2" flat ones from an F250 long wheel base (two-piece driveshaft), P/N 2C3Z-5598-PA.
I am posting the following TSBs as anFYI:
2005/06 F-Series Front Suspension Bottoms Out:
Some trucks may bottom out on the rubber jounce bumpers and/or make a banging/clunking noise. This condition is typically worse cold and more noticable on bumps or rough roads. There are new jounce bumpers (5C3Z-3020-DA)and larger metal cups (5C3Z-3A089-BA) to correct this problem. Install new self tapping screws (N802455-S426) to retain the metal cups.

Steering Wheel Shimmy After Riding Over Bumps/Ruts:
Some 05 and 06 F-Series trucks may exhibit an oscillation/shimmy in the steering wheel after hitting bumps or ruts in the road. Typical steering wheel movement is 5 degrees and usually smooths out after about 5 oscillations. This condition is more prevalent on 4X4 trucks with steering wheels that have radio and climate controls. The truck will need to be inspected: tire pressure checked; steering damper inspected; all suspension and steering fasteners torqued; steering checked for binding; steering gear adjustment checked/adjusted. The caster may need to be reduced by 0.5-0.75 degrees. After this, trucks build prior to 10-8-04 should have the steering wheel replaced.

there is a bulletin for carrier shims but on my o5 f350 they made it worse after a couple times to dealer and hours with customer assistance they were going to buy truck back. so i told them if they would give me extended warranty i would fix it myself.they did not hesitste. so after getting driveline angles loaded and empty i had to shorten carrier bracket one half inch this cured 90% of problem. since i tow a 15000lb.teton fith wheel put air bags on cured the rest of vibration by not allowing truckto drop when loaded
