I have had 2 Dodges (318s) and loved them both. Along come kids and the need for a crew cab. With the prices of crew cabs in 04 I settled for a 2002 Chevy x-cab. Suicide doors work great at dealership but were terrible once parked in garage. With the "family plan" I have finally bought the best looking truck made, a F-250 crew 4X4 xlt 5.4. What a truck! After browsing this site for 4 hours I decided to join in.

welcome to FTE, the best ford truck web site on the net. please take some time and read our guide lines and each areas read firsts to help guide you around.
best of luck with your new ride.
My super duty is the first Ford I ever owned. It has been the best truck I have ever owned. At 46k miles I still have done nothing to it except scheduled maint.
Once you own a Superduty CC you'll never want any other cab style. They are terrific and my Kids started enjoying our long trips after I stopped torturing them in the back seat of a SC. Also because of the centre pillar, the CC is a very solid cab, less prone to rattles on rough roads. Take care and enjoy that new truck.
I'm sorry it is a 2005, my first new vehicle ever. Couldn't pass on the family plan, although the used market prices are falling like a rock. Even buying a extended warranty worried me on a used truck after hearing of the stories from Dodge owners and refused warranties on the sludge, bad engineering problem.
