Running too rich

I just got a smog check on my '94 Bronco. It barely passed the HC text, which they tell me means it is running too rich. Is there an adjustment that can be made to correct this, or is there likely a bigger problem?

I appreciate any pointers.

most likely its the o2 sensor, its a cheap part, so just replace it, if that dosent fix it, pull the codes and see what you get

The o2 sensor is around $50. Before you fork that out I would pull the codes. It is very easy to do and will usually lead you close to the problem.
