bad computer ground
92 Ex. 4.0 OHV, so we traced the fuel pump problem on my ex down from the fuel pump relay to the ground on the computer being bad. Any way to fix this without putting in a new computer? Its been over a week and its driving me crazy.

I'm a little confused. You traced the problem to bad computer ground. By this, do you mean that the ground wire between the computer is bad, or is it a bad connection inside the computer? Is it possibly in the computer's 60 pin connector? If the wiring fault is outside of the computer, you should be able to fix it without replacing the computer. If the fault is inside the computer, then you'll probably end up replacing the computer.
