41 panel truck

I'm thinking about buying a 1941 panel truck. This truck is a total basket case and how much should I offer this guy for it?

How complete is it? Does it still have the engine and trans? How much rust does it have? 1/2 ton or 1 ton? Post as much info as you can, that'll help determine price.

Everything is still there and it is a 1/2 ton. It cones with 2 engines and extra parts.

I'll have more info little later on.
