1996 drivers side quarter panel removal
Hey Guys,
I bent my door backwards on my truck. I Replaced it but i did it incorrectly and the panels overlap with the door panel overlapping on top of the quarter panel so it will not open correctly. Is there anything that i need to remove other then the bolts and rivets along the edges to remove the quarter panel skin?
Thanks
Mike

Pics would really help us understand this better. Are you saying like Chris Farley, you drove the truck in reverse and folded the door forward; basically past its normal stopping point?
If so, there is a potential for lots of things to have gotten bent. You need to make sure the door, fender and hinges them selves are all straight as well as the cab where the hinges mount to.
