Now you're starting to sound like the service rep. Why can't they ever believe that the person driving the vehicle daily can pick up on changes or problems with their vehicle. This whole, "we couldn't reproduce the problem" thing actually IS the problem.
I actually had to stop suddenly today, and thankfully the nose dove, the ABS kicked in, and the day was saved.

What Brake Pedal Pressure!!!
My new 2005 F-150 with less than 1K mi just shocked the crap out of me as the brake pedal went right to the floor while sitting in traffic! Recovered after moving again but doesn't instill confidence in this truck's braking ability, especially after reading all these similar complaints. I think Ford has a serious problem they're going to have to take care of quick before someone gets killed!
