I'm trying to figure out why you didn't just post them all the characters off the buck tag.
We need more info.

The only important part is the 2.75 part.
This makes it highway gears 2.75:1 non-locking.
The code on the door will be 13.

I believe 3.56 is numerically impossible in a Ford 9 inch.
3.55 is, but 3.50 is more common.
And 95% of all junkyard pumpkins I have seen are either 3.00 or 2.75 ratios.

All those other number/letters are for axle bearing ID <>Foundry<> Date Of Casting <> That's all.
L/S or traction lock rears had an L bewteen the 3 and the second number.
have a look at this site>

Here's my web site rating plate de-coder.

Scroll down to the axles and see how many ratios there were.

Although the tag says it's a 9".
I've never seen or heard of an axle 47.
Are you sure about that being a 4 ?
Plus, the 3.54:1 is the closest ratio to the one you mentioned.
