it is sad to see people disrespect public grounds, but around here, I guess I shouldn't be too surprised when the dup things on their own property... this farm looks like crap because they toss things in the ditches, if they are done with a beer or soda or whatever, it ends up laying wherever they drop it...

Make them pay dearly to start making examples out of them. Someday I would like to go 4X4ing in the mountains. I don't want to finally get somewhere just to find out it was just recently closed to the public. I do snowmobile out west so I know alittle about this problem. IMO if people or groups get caught destroying private or public lands they should be handed a fine so big they'll never foreget what they did. Community service would be great to. I could rag on this subject till I turn blue, but I won't.
