i own a lowrider, everything that i could fit in my platers tank has been chrome plated on my lincoln town car

i like to call myself a "chromaholic"

I haven't dealt with any rechroming, but what kind of cost could be expected? I have a 51 car that I will eventually be looking to rechrome some parts like the bumpers, which are 3 piece, and the grille. Just kinda looking at a ballpark figure, of course it can't be expected to be the final price.

i have had `69 AMX bumpers done at the plater i use in california for $175 each, the local plater in my area wanted $700each, so it was worth shipping them half way across the country

definitely shop around, i suggest getting estimates from all the platers in your area and looking at samples of their work, also making sure they do the triple plating
