I installed the dynatrac hubs about 2 months ago on my 2001 F-350. I am very pleased with them. I run 37" PJ's and a 8" lift, so I didn't want to keep hasseling with the stock junk hubs. Price was around 1,650.00 but well worth it to me. I was impressed by the HEAVY DUTY QUALITY of the parts, up to the 35 spline outer shafts. installation is pretty strait foward took about 6 hours, 1 of them was spent prying the old locking hubs off lol. the spindle came pre-drilled with the abs sensor plug , the locking hubs are the big warn type and look cool.
About the only thing else you nee to buy is some disc brake type wheel bearing grease. everything else is included like bearings etc.... just incase anyone was wondering.
Never heard anyone complain about the strength or the quality of the Dynatrac stuff.....just the price. That seems to be one of the deals that you actually do get what you pay for.
Too much for me though...I'd have to loose a stock hub 8 times before the dynatrac would pay for itself, but I don't have a big lift and big tires. I probably would do the conversion if I did.

Take any install pics?
I don't think you would have to loose your stock hubs 8 times to justify the cost of this system. Any component failure resulting in replacing any one or more of the parts in this system would cost MORE or the same than this system as a whole. Please keep in mind that what I am about to try to desribe is the WHOLE COST of replacing what is replaced by the Dynatrac system, my prices are an approximate avareage based on what I have found from Ford, Parts America, Auto Zone, and Napa. My truck, a 99F250SD4WD about 150000 miles on it, had an axle joint failure resulting in the lockout hub, the outer axle shaft, and wheel hub all taking a hit. The ball joints also need to be replaced due a lack of maintenance by the previous owner, I have owned the truck for about 2 years. Now wheel hubs $500, lockouts $150-$300 depending on what brand, axle shaft $150, knuckle seals $100, tool to install knuckle seals $50-$200 cost of renting, making, or buying, depending on how your time is valued and what resorces are available to you, axle shaft bearing $15. Taking the high/low average (with the only exception being the knuckle seal installer as I do not have access to a welder or the time to run all across town trying to fab one up, this is where the value of time factors in) I figure a total of $1855.00, this does not include sales tax or labor. If You buy/use the Warn hubs that are included with the Dynatrac it brings the total to $1905. What does all this mean? My truck will be getting the Dynatrac, as soon as I get all these pennies wrapped.
