I just replaced my lower radiator hose. Seems to work good, but I noticed a drip of water falling on the stater and dripping to the ground. I can't really figure out where this water would be coming from. Why would there be water dripping towards the rear of the engine? It will only drip when it warms up a little(like after driving about 5 to 10 miles) and it seems to stop after it cools down. It drips about 2 or 3 cups of water. Does anyone know where this is coming from?
Never heard of a soft plug. What is that? Yeah I meant starter---sorry---.
the freeze plugs are pretty easy to manage right? Ill check them.my heater is disconnected/inoperable for the moment--could it still be that? thanx for the help
freezplug = softplug, they are the same deal... if one is worn out it will leak, and they can be a bear to change in a vehicle, in this one it shouldnt be, i have a 78 f250 with a 351m and its pretty open, find out where the leak is comming from for sure and i can help you through replaceing freezplugs
