No I was modded with what I got now. BB turbo, AIS modified, Predator 100 hp. I was very surprise a truck that size and weight, can move that fast uphill! Probably he was just as surprise he couldn't shake the King of the SUV's !
Thank you very much for the welcome. Hopefully I will be able to buy my first PSD shortly (gotta sell the Jeep first).
Anyway I know of that Sidewinder, but that isn't the one I am referring to. Check out this link for a bit more info, but some specs are still missing (http://www.bankspower.com/allterrain.cfm). I saw a Dodge truck with the Sidewinder package on "XTREME 4X4", on Spike TV. The truck was developed to run in the Baja 1000 and I believe it won it's class. They have a pretty sweet suspension set-up and not to mention a serious amount of engine improvements. You can also check out what the engine improvements are by going to http://www.bankspower.com and checking out the "Big Hoss Bundles." There might be some other bits and pieces that are missing from the "Big Hoss Bundles," but for the most part I think pretty much everything is there. I do know that in the Cummins Big Hoss kit, it doesn't include the new turbo that the motor gets. They put a new VG (Variable Geometery) turbo on the truck since it didn't come with one from the factory. Both the PSD and the Duramax come with a VG turbo from the factory. At least that is what they said on the show. Hope this clears all that up.
The 6.0 PSD comes with a VG turbo. I wasn't aware thean the maxipad had copied it already.
At any rate, all of the big three make close to, but less than 300HP to the rear wheels stock. With a Big hoss bundle (or any good aftermarket chip/intake/exhaust) you can add 120 to maybe 150 RWHP onto that, so you might be able to touch 500 at the flywheel, but it's pretty unlikely at the rear wheel, more like 400-450.
With a 7.3 you can't touch 400 rear wheel without propane, or a set of injectors.
Since we are talking power, here is a video of the dyno day I went to this year. My truck didn't make the video but I'm number 8 on the list at the end. That's not 8th place just 8th in line to make a pull.
that video was pretty cool, alot of those dodges making big power look bone stock on the outside. boy that would be a suprise to get next to one of those guys at a stoplight and be left in a cloud of smoke
That is the definition of the 'Ultimate Sleeper'. Some old Dodge that looks completely stock, and doesnt really sound much louder at idle, then the green, and all you can see is black.

Now I am in no way arguing power numbers with you. I have no idea as to the power that these trucks (all three brands) make stock, or modified. I am solely going off of what was on that TV show that I saw. I will also say that there were more parts than just that Big Hoss Bundle going onto that truck. In the Dodge's kit, it comes with a new VG turbo, so there were many other things included on that truck that don't come in the Big Hoss Bundle. That is all.

I have given up explaining to them that thier (insert car here) would struggle to make that kind of power with (insert slighty power increasing mod here).
They now just get a brief look at my tail lights if I can be bothered...
Speaking of Sidewinder. Anyone know if Hypermax have thier PSD powered Ranger going yet? And if so, what speeds they have hit with it.
Thier website hasn't changed at all
For those that havent paid attention, those duramaxes put out sick power. But for one to hit 600, a box aint gonna do it, i watched a twin turbo d-max with stacked boxes do like 565, but he had a wastegate set at 45PSI. I have vids of it too.
The vids are on imagestation, if you dont have an account use the login snortuser and teh password snort. There are a bunch of dyno day vids there, from the dyno i went to http://www.imagestation.com/album/in...?id=2130203561
In the video rosa70 posted it seems like the Powerstroke lost because he spun his tires while the guy in the cummins waited and draged him down the street.
