Well I just dropped mine off at the dealer for the "wire loom recall".

I have had it in for every recal or tsb thing that comes over for it. I guess the way I look at it is there is a "reason" for it so go do it. If it is not to my likeing then I will deal with the dealership to make it right. I have had all of the latest flashes done and a couple EGR's done there. They are and so am I noting it on the Ford website for documentation. When I first got my 04' I saw on our beloved website here a thread talking about logging all of your service/recall/warranty issues on the ford website and following up to verify the dealer does his part also. This is been like a insurance policy for me that if Ford does ever want to be combative with me I will have my back up data. I hope that it would never come to that but the way things work now days you got to be prepared. Also maybe since I have had great service from my dealership then I'm not to worried about taking it in.

Too bad the Failure Rates aren't publically accessible. That would be informative.
