Hey i was wondering if the hubs from the dana 44 in my half ton would be interchangable with the hubs in my dana44hd from the 3/4.... by hubs i mean to go from 5 bolt to 8 bolt

The hubs themselves aren't but you can swap the spindles, hubs, rotors, calipers, and caliper brackets if you want to convert the whole wheel end to 3/4 ton

 

Yes that is what i was talking about was converting it all so it would be able to take the 8 bolt weeks
