found vin on frame!!

found vin on frame!!
okay guys, after hours of scraping and sanding rust of the frame i found my vin. (vin on door does not match) vin is F26slek687. my questio is am i missing a character? i cleaned the frame real good and dont see any more numbers.

S =400 2 bbl
L= Michigan Truck
EK = Built probably March 79
Look for One more number at the end.

found vin on frame!!
Top of frame rail <> right hand side <> between the rad & firewall.
Some say it is usually closer to the rad.
