31x10.50's for street use, you may have to cut about 1 inch off the corners of the fenders and you will rub on the sway bar at full lock. but if your gonna be going offroad you need to cut a little more fender
I have 31x10.5's on mine right now. I've taken it mudding and have had no problems at all. I have it lifted now, but before I had it lifted I still had 31's on there and I didn't have to trim anything at all, and I could turn to wheel lock without anything rubbing. I figure it's safe to put the 31's on there, I've had them for almost a year now and I've done some hi-speed things and gone out playing in mud.. and I haven't had the rims fail or the tires either. I am going to get 33"s soon but then I'm going to have new rims (16x10.5s) and some more lift too.
I am running 31's on stock rims on my 86 and they rub the fenders, I think an inch or so of trimming like mentioned above would be good for the street use.
