Dazed and confused

I have done a lot of research before doing any mods on 02 excursion. When I first bought the ex it was all over the road. Put on new V code springs and new hellwig rear sway bar. After the mods, it drove like a new vehicle. No more wonder or body roll.

After about 7 months, decided to lift the ex and that is when things went to crap. Added 3" PMF spring hanger and shackle kit and mod B code springs (used springs) with f250 3.5" block. New bilsteins on all four corners. Fuel hostage 20" x 10" wheels with Toyo open country a/t II 35 x 12.5r20 tires.

Now the bad news. The tires are to big. They rub on the back of the fender and a little on the front air dam. That problem was fixed by cutting the plastic inner fender and grinding the metal behind the plastic.

The problem I'm having now is the back end sways back and forth. The back of the ex sways back and forth when you move the steering wheel left and right. Would be dangerous if evasive action is needed. It still corners fairly well, but coming out of the corner, it sways until you get going straight again.

I noticed that the rear sway bar is a little high and was thinking about adding some extended end links (have not found any on the net). Mounted the front sway bar end links under the frame, but going to get extended links and mount in original location.

The ex looks amazing. Just wish it would handle half a good as it looks. Any help or suggestions would be greatly appreciated.

Couple of ideas:
1. Recheck the torque on all suspension parts you changed.
2. Try to get the rear sway bar ends parallel to the ground.
3. Tire pressure ok?

It doesn't sound like the sway bar to me. Have a couple guys push back and forth on the back of the truck while you are under it and look for anything loose. What is the tire rating and how many pounds do you run?

Tires are E rated with 70psi. Nothing loose under the vehicle. I think the side wall of the tire is flexing. Had 60psi in rear tires and it swayed pretty bad. Increased to 70psi and seemed to help a little. The front rides very well with no sway. It seems that with the same tires on the front, it would have some sway to it also if the tires are the problem.
