Webmaster....Tuner or chip for 2004 F350?

Webmaster, seeing that you are the wealth of knowledge on this subject. I am looking for a chip or tuner for a 2004 F350 5.4L CC SB SRW w/ a 4R100 to improve power, mileage and most importantly transmission shifting. I already have a Airaid intake and will be putting on a new Y-pipe and single 3" in dual 2.5" out exhaust. Thanks

Sorry, but the gear swap doesn't matter with a tuner/chip. Your truck can't have the speedo calibrated with it, and needs a Superlift TruSpeed to calibrate the speedo. For your truck you need to go with an SCT Xcalibrator2 tuner, but the computer code needs to be obtained first. Open the driver's side door. On the door frame, near the hinges (not near the door handle/latch) you'll see a white sticker with a 4 digit code. Let me know that code and I'll tell you what's available.

That is sticker is almost worn off, all I can read is "ECB_" I can't make out the last letter. Is there another location for the code.

That's enough. The last digit isn't terribly important, I can use any code from the ECBx family.
