TS makes a good product. All the programs make good power. I didn't care for the 140 setting. The throttle was real weird and the injector noise unreal. I ran the 75 or 100 on a daily basis.

TS is a good chip. I can bark 3rd in the 140hp setting, although I don't like doing it. I have already replaced the trans one time. "my fault" You know how it is when friends are around.

I'm running a TS 6 position on my X, I really like it. I went stock, high idle, 50, 70, 100, 140 It really made a big difference in my ride. THere are few people around running Jody's tunes and I have heard lots of good things but when I called him he didnt have anything for the Excursions because of the PAT's system we have. I called TS and they hooked me up.

Purchase a Jody Tipton chip. You'll be more then satisfied.

I have TS chip and it has worked great for me. I hear the fuel 7 ain't too good to run on a psd with the powdered metal rods. I've ran my truck on 50, 75, 100, fuel 7 with no problems so far. Jody has great chips and burns also. I went with TS because at the time i got it for 284 dollars, which i thought was a good deal. If you want some real custom programming for your truck, jody would probably be your choice. Off the shelf burns you can't really go wrong with either.

i was going to buy a ts 6 pos with the following no start, stock,50,75,100,fuel 7. the vendor i bought mine from was sold out the day i called so i struck a deal with him and got two 4 postion chips and have had it about 2 weeks love it. wasn't to impressed the first day when i got it. the pcm definitley needs to learn how to respond to it. be patient. i love it now. i run it on the 75 all the time. i like it the best pulls really hard and smokes a little too!!!! i sent the other to my dad for his psd!!!! enjoy. btw nothing against jody as i will probably go that route once i get my stage 1's!!!!!!!!!

Man you guys are sure getting ripped if you paid those prices!

For those prices you'd at least better be getting a tuner.

Do your self a favor and atleast check out motorhaven before you grab your ankels.

Here's a link for a diesel diablo chip from motorhaven. http://www.motorhaven.com/product.ph...&cat=37&page=1
