I'm going to start a new thread on the 203* Thermostat to keep from hijacking THIS thread anymore.
I included some links at the bottom to thread discussing this at TDS. Its a lot of reading but I believe in researching everything I can before changing somthing on my rig that could effect its longevity and performance. For me it smoothed the engine out and I picked up about 1.2 to 1.8 MPG.
Here is the info from Bob Riley at dieselsite.com were you can get these:

How about the fan clutch. Will the hotter temps make the fan clutch lock more often. If this happens more often I could see a reduction in mileage having to move that fan.
Ditto.
I notice a slightly smoother running engine and perhaps a little better on the fuel.
Hard to say, I did the Kwik mod at the same time and picked up about 2 mpg.
Running 18.1 - 18.4 driving hard and fast. Used to get 14.6 - 16.4 running this way.
I got to get the aluminum billet water outlet too.
Should have done that at the same time I got the 203.
You can get it at dieselsite, along with the housing, I'd suggest both at the same time, along with the replacement upper hose that goes around the belt instead of through it.. NAPA has the hose, forgot the number but someone else will remember. Thermostat $36, housing $40.

Bigdaddytank I had a question about the cooling filter. I noticed on yours there is no sensor on the side of the filter system compared to the same system at dieselsite.com. Can you explain what that is for?
Thanks
BDTank has the radiator coolant kit.
The kit you saw on dieselsite is for the tranny.
You don't HAVE to have it, your choice.
I have the same setup as he and no filter-minder installed.
In fact, they don't mention it on dieselsite, you look at the flow going back to the reservoir to tell if it is blocked.
