the 67 Doors are different. You may be able to put a 67 door on a 68-72 and vice-versa. But the window crank and door opener are in different spots, using different mechanisms and the 67 does not have push down locks. On my 67 I have to lock it with the key from the outside or push the door release down from the inside.

1967 had a standard and deluxe heater control. the standard was the single **** next to the steering column for the fan speed and if you look below the dash where you think the controls should be, you will see a small lever actually on the heater box identified as heater/ defrost. You select which one you want with this lever. The deluxe had the three contol ***** most people see below the radio. I have trucks with both heater setups. Hope this helps.
